How it works

Attendance turns on the moment you pick learning center as your business type. Appointments stay off unless you want them.

Enter a one-time code on the tablet at your door. Remove it any time.
Hand out QR codes
Print cards from the app, or let parents show a code from their phone.

A scan checks a student in. Staff check them out with a PIN.
The part that matters
Anyone can scan a student in. Only your staff can let one leave.
Checking in and checking out are not the same thing. Getting a student out of the building is the moment worth protecting, so it is the one thing a student's code can never do.

or someone from your team in the app.
A missing tablet is not a problem
Remove it from your account and it stops working right away. It never had
access to your account to begin with.
You can always see what happened
Every check-in and pickup is saved with who did it and when. Fixes are
written down too, not quietly changed.
No double check-ins
A student already marked as here cannot be checked in again, so your count
is a real count.
Parents
Parents show a code. You decide who can collect.
Link a parent, a grandparent, or a driver to a student, and choose who is allowed to pick them up.

Why there is no free plan
The free plan is for a one-person business taking appointments. Attendance and the kiosk are the paid part, and they are what a center needs on day one.
The trial is the full plan
Fourteen days of everything, and no card to start. You are only charged when you choose a subscription.
If the trial runs out
You will not be locked out with a room full of students. An owner can still sign in, sort out billing, and check out anyone still marked as here.

Can a learning center use the free plan?
No. The free plan is for appointment businesses run by one person. Centers start with a 14-day trial of Standard instead.
Can a student check themselves out?

What happens when the trial ends?
