Turn your barber profile into a clear next step: book a chair.

Your Instagram profile shows clients your work. A booking link gives them a place to choose a service, barber and available time without another scheduling conversation.

Prepare the booking page first

Start with the barber shop preset in HiOla Business. Review the services your business actually offers: names, prices, appointment durations and buffers between clients. Add the barbers who provide those services and keep their hours and days off current.

Open your workspace's public booking link. Check the business details, service menu and available times before you send anyone there. If you rent a chair, decide whether you are using an independent workspace or a shared shop schedule.

Copy the booking link, not an app-download link

Use Share booking link in HiOla Business to copy the workspace's public booking URL. Add that URL to the links on your Instagram profile with a clear label such as “Book your appointment.”

An app-store URL asks clients to download software. Your public booking URL lets them start choosing a service in a browser. Use the booking URL for clients; download HiOla Business for the person running the shop.

You can share the same booking URL on your website, another business profile or a printed QR code. Keep the destination consistent so regulars know where to return.

What happens when a client opens it?

  1. They choose a service.
  2. They select a barber or an available option.
  3. They choose an open time and provide their name and phone number.
  4. They submit the booking and read the confirmation or any follow-up instructions.

Clients do not need to install an app to book. The confirmation can offer the free HiOla consumer app for reminders and appointment management. Clients should sign in with the same phone number they used for the booking.

Keep the promise simple

Tell clients to use the link for appointments and contact the shop for other questions. This is a browser-based booking page, not an Instagram messaging integration or an automatic reply to every message.

For walk-ins, your team uses a separate queue at the shop. The booking link does not let someone join that line remotely.
