Delete Your Account

HiOla Business account deletion can be requested from inside the app where available, or through support if you cannot access the app.
Request deletion in the app
- Open HiOla Business.
- Go to your account or settings area.
- Choose the delete-account or support option.
- Follow the confirmation steps shown in the app.
Request deletion through support
If you cannot sign in, contact support@hiola.app or use the contact form at hiolabusiness.com. Include the business name, account email, and phone number so we can verify the request.
What deletion means
After verification, we delete or de-identify account information where required and permitted by law. Some records may be retained for legitimate business, security, legal, billing, tax, dispute, abuse-prevention, or compliance reasons.
Business workspaces
If you are not the owner of a business workspace, deleting your user account may not delete the business workspace or customer appointment records controlled by that business. Workspace owners should contact support for workspace-level deletion or export questions.
