We collect information needed to run appointment-based business workflows, including account details, business profiles, staff schedules, services, prices, customer messages, appointment details, questionnaire responses, support requests, device information, app diagnostics, and billing status.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide the app, manage business workspaces, route messages, prepare AI draft replies, create and manage appointments, send reminders, support staff access, prevent abuse, process billing through our payment providers, improve reliability, and comply with legal obligations.
AI Features
HiOla Business may use AI to draft receptionist replies, summarize customer context, suggest available appointment times, and help prepare bookings from business-approved services, prices, staff availability, and safety rules. AI output should be reviewed where the business requires review. Messages that appear to involve symptoms or safety concerns are designed to be handed to a person instead of being handled as routine booking automation.
Sharing
We share information only as needed to operate the service. This may include cloud hosting, analytics, messaging, payment, crash reporting, customer support, and other service providers that help us deliver HiOla Business. We do not sell personal information.
Business Customer Data
Businesses are responsible for the customer information they enter or receive in HiOla Business, including making sure they have the right permissions to send messages and manage appointment records. HiOla Business is not intended to diagnose, treat, or provide medical advice.
