HiOla Business

Terms of Service

Last updated: May 17, 2026

These Terms govern access to HiOla Business, a business operations and appointment workflow service provided by Cadus Labs LLC. By using HiOla Business, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the business or organization you represent.

Use of the Service

HiOla Business helps appointment-based businesses manage messages, services, staff schedules, client intake, appointment status, and bookings. You are responsible for the accuracy of your business information, prices, availability, customer communications, and staff permissions.

Accounts and Access

You must keep account credentials secure and may only invite workers who are authorized to access your workspace. Owners and managers are responsible for assigning appropriate roles and removing access when it is no longer needed.

Free Access

HiOla Business is offered at no cost. You remain responsible for any device, internet, or third-party service costs you choose to use with your business.

Customer Communications

You are responsible for making sure your customer communications comply with applicable laws, privacy rules, and consent requirements. This includes messages sent through the app, booking pages, and other customer contact methods you control.

Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, violate privacy rights, send spam, or use HiOla Business for regulated workflows that require separate professional compliance unless we have expressly agreed to support that use.

Changes and Availability

We may update, suspend, or change parts of the service to improve reliability, comply with law, protect users, or support business needs. We try to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Contact

Questions can be sent to support@hiola.app, through the contact form at hiolabusiness.com, or by using the support options in the app.
